My Process

I start by understanding the game idea, target players, genre, theme, and the kind of experience the game should create. From there, I shape the concept, storyline, characters, world, and player journey. Then I plan the gameplay mechanics, rules, controls, level structure, and progression system. Based on the game's tone and audience, I develop the visual style, character direction, environment references, UI approach, and animation ideas. Finally, I plan the store presentation, launch message, marketing content, trailer direction, monetization approach, and post-launch promotion so the game is positioned professionally and ready for release.
